Young Community Developers (YCD) is a community based organization that provides a variety of training and support opportunities. YCD offers several job readiness training programs and employment support services to their adult customers. In addition, YCD’s Youth Development Department assists youth in their overall development and continued enrichment through job readiness training, academic support, and mentorship. YCD’s Re-Entry team offers services designed to assist high at-risk and in-risk individuals, aged 14-35, involved in the Justice Systems. YCD is also working to target the affordability crisis in District 10 through the acquisition, preservation and development of affordable housing.
