Kirkwood Early Learning Center serves 40 children ages 0-5, offering Early Head Start and Head Start services. The center has 4 classrooms and large outdoor area where a nature playground is breaking ground in Fall 2021. Kirkwood is one of 12 centers in Wu Yee’s Early Learning Program, which also includes Family Child Care and Home Visiting options. Wu Yee also offers Family and Community services including child care Resource and Referral, connecting families to affordable child care that best fits their needs, the Joy Lok Family Resource Center, public benefits assistance, and child care payment assistance (Early Learning Scholarships), as well as support for family child care educators.
