New Door Ventures provides paid internships, job training, case management and ongoing job placement support to young people in the Bay Area. Through our employment program, young people work for three months at one of our many business partner sites followed by support to find their next jobs. We also offer cash incentivized education classes for young people working toward their high school equivalency (HiSET or GED). Our education program provides individualized support to meet young people where they are at on their education path.
