The agency’s mission is to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS and eliminate health disparities in San Francisco’s Black and marginalized communities. Rafiki Coalition strives to achieve this focus by providing health and wellness services including, but not limited to health education, advocacy, health case management, transitional housing for people living with HIV/AIDS, and other health-promoting activities. Popular programs include our First Saturday Health Party, the Rafiki Wellness Passport Program and the Annual Black Health and Healing Summit.
