College Track is an after-school, college preparatory and college completion program. Through our holistic programming and service-based approach, College Track creates a culture of high expectations and achievement. We ensure that each student is college ready and provided with support that many students do not have in their homes or at their schools. Together, these components make a powerful, comprehensive program that empowers students to achieve their dreams of a college education. We work with each of our students for 10 years, throughout all of their high school and undergraduate college education. Our programming includes tutoring, academic workshops, extra curricular programming, and college prep classes.
