FranDelJA Enrichment Center was established in 2000 to meet the needs of children and families residing in the Bayview Hunter Point community. FranDelJA philosophy is a multi-layered approach built upon the foundation that each child deserves a warm, stimulating environment that fosters positive self-esteem and develops the love of learning. There is an infant, toddler, and pre-school program which provides a balanced day designed to capture the natural, active curiosity of children.
